My Poem

The Ugly Barnacle  

Change is a way of life

without change, we would still be chasing our prey

change however will always be feared 

the people that lead change will always be shunned

they will always be feared 

leading change will never be easy 

but the people that lead change

they shape our future  

and they make it bright 

they make us better as a whole

change is a way of life

without change, we would still be writing on caves 

though it will always be feared 

It will always be needed

 So after so much stress, I am finally passing all my classes, though they could be better, at least I'm passing. I honestly hate the school board for the lack of actual help they did for the students, and all this semester proved to me is how greedy they can get. They could have lowered the great average for struggling students, but instead, they did nothing.

 So close to the summer break, this school year has felt like the longest year in my life. Today, however, was really boring I think that I've just reached my peak when it comes to learning this semester. I also talked to some teachers about the last week and even they don't know! This school board just doesn't even know what they're even doing.

 Besides school, I learned today that the gas lining was hacked and now there is a shortage. All day I was talking to people about it, and even though it doesn't affect me I still think it's interesting. It's also interesting because today was very boring so it stood out.
